Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in New York or eligibility for licensure
- Willingness and ability to travel to patients' homes within a designated service area
- Effective communication skills with patients, colleagues, and supervisors using various methods including text, email, and phone
