Position Overview
This role focuses on advancing patient care by engaging healthcare providers (HCPs) across the San Jose, San Mateo, and Fremont regions. As a Neuroscience Specialist, you will serve as a trusted resource, delivering scientifically accurate and approved information about neuroscience therapies through in-person, virtual, and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with HCPs and care teams through consistent, compliant outreach
- Share product and disease-state knowledge aligned with approved guidelines and clinical evidence
- Coordinate speaker-led programs and facilitate peer discussions among provider groups
- Direct customer inquiries to appropriate internal partners when necessary
- Collect and share local market insights with leadership to guide strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine outreach strategies based on real-world feedback
- Use sales data and business reports to track engagement and adjust outreach approaches
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with a minimum of four years in direct sales to healthcare providers. A strong understanding of clinical data and the ability to clearly communicate complex medical information is essential. Prior experience in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD is preferred, as is a background in launching new products or indications.
Applicants must live within 50 miles of the primary territory and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record. Some overnight travel may be required based on territory needs.

Compensation
Base salary range: $107,362 – $166,750 annually, plus performance-based incentives. Total compensation includes opportunities for incentive pay based on individual and business results.
