We’re seeking a skilled Networking and IoT Engineering Specialist to work in Irving, Texas, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales technical needs. You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers, diagnosing and resolving configuration, firmware, and integration challenges with networking devices and IoT solutions.
What You’ll Do
You’ll collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of networking products. This includes remote or in-person consultations, troubleshooting system-level issues, and translating customer requirements into technical implementations. You’ll also support R&D efforts by providing field insights and helping refine product performance.
Training is a key component of the role—you’ll conduct sessions for internal staff and external clients to improve product understanding and adoption. Your expertise in Linux-based operating systems, industrial communication protocols, and networking infrastructure will be central to resolving complex technical scenarios.
What We’re Looking For

- Background in computer networking and telecommunications fundamentals
- Fluency in English
- Formal technical or engineering education

Preferred Experience
- Hands-on work with routers, switches, gateways, and modems
- Industry certifications such as CCNA or equivalent
- Technical support experience in networking or IoT
