Engage in designing technical solutions and presenting them to clients
Collaborate with team members and clients to diagnose and resolve advanced network and connectivity issues
Carry out assigned responsibilities both independently and as part of project teams
Design, deploy, configure, and sustain network routing and switching systems, define hardware needs, and verify system efficiency
Operate within Azure and on-premises data centers, working alongside engineers to plan and execute hybrid network strategies

Optimize system performance, establish operational workflows, and manage security configurations following industry standards
Manage and service network devices, including patching, upgrades, backups, and configuration tasks
Assist in diagnosing, prioritizing, and resolving infrastructure-related incidents
Perform root cause investigations to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence
Support internal reporting needs for management
Create and maintain system architecture diagrams using Microsoft Visio
Work with teams to build and sustain documented processes, security protocols, and system records aligned with best practices and compliance
Help assess emerging technologies and solutions to meet business goals
Monitor Cisco and M365 product roadmaps, new features, and tools, and suggest organizational applications
