Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, switches, cabling, and desktop systems at designated sites
- Configure and manage Cisco switches for local network connectivity
- Create and update network diagrams and documentation for assigned locations
- Develop and keep current standard operating procedures for site-specific technologies
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of VLAN configurations and applications
- Collaborate with users to identify and recommend appropriate hardware and software upgrades
- Evaluate and test new hardware and software in non-production environments prior to deployment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network performance
- Oversee technology initiatives in alignment with corporate IT policies and guidelines
- Support computing systems used on manufacturing and production floors
- Ensure all printers across assigned locations are operational and properly maintained
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support IT operations
