Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, and physical cabling.
- Deliver hardware and network assistance for computer systems located on the production floor.
- Configure Cisco switches to enable LAN operations.
- Develop and update technical documentation for site-specific systems and standard procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to network, hardware, and software performance.
- Implement technology initiatives in alignment with established IT policies and standards.
- Ensure reliable operation and support of all printers at designated sites.
