Role Overview
As the NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing management, configuration, and enhancement of our enterprise resource planning environment. You'll ensure the system effectively supports core business functions including finance, order processing, billing, and reporting, while adapting to evolving organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain NetSuite modules related to financial operations, order lifecycle, revenue recognition, and reporting.
- Translate business requirements from finance, sales, and operations teams into system configurations and process improvements.
- Ensure system setups comply with internal controls, audit standards, and data governance policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and financial close processes.
- Support integrations between NetSuite and external systems, particularly Salesforce, to maintain data accuracy and process continuity.
- Lead configuration changes, system upgrades, and release management with proper testing, documentation, and deployment controls.
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, saved searches, and KPIs to enable data-driven decisions.
- Enforce role-based access, data integrity, and master data standards across the platform.
- Provide advanced support for user issues and lead training initiatives to improve system adoption.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, process maps, and training resources.
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least one year of direct experience managing NetSuite in a live production setting. A background in ERP functions—especially financials, billing, and order management—is essential. You must be comfortable working with business teams to design scalable solutions and documenting changes systematically. A degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
Preferred Experience
- Three or more years of NetSuite administration in a complex, multi-system environment.
- Experience with ERP implementations, major upgrades, or module expansions.
- Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or integration tools such as Workato.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills to explain technical behaviors and trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $75,000–$84,000, adjusted for location, experience, and internal equity. The position includes full-time benefits and supports ongoing professional development. Additional incentives are not included in the stated range.
