Lead and support key team ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demo sessions.
Carry out development tasks such as pair programming, coding, and advising on technically complex issues.
Oversee the fourth-line incident response team and ensure timely resolution of critical issues within defined SLAs.
Develop, test, and debug software components in alignment with technical specifications and business requirements.
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to align technical delivery with strategic goals.
Perform unit, integration, and system-level testing to ensure software quality and reliability.

Minimum of six years of professional software development experience with strong emphasis on .NET technologies.
At least one year of experience in a technical leadership or mentoring capacity.
Two or more years of hands-on experience developing web-based applications.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, C#, and the .NET ecosystem.
Proficiency with EntityFramework, WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, NUnit, Mock, DOM, and CSS/SASS.
Practical experience working with relational databases including MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, including speaking and professional writing skills.
