Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support for claims-related software, handling incident resolution, bug corrections, and root cause investigations.
- Oversee live environment releases and deployments, managing code movement, scheduling maintenance windows, and informing relevant parties.
- Ensure ongoing system reliability by monitoring workflows, executing preventive maintenance, and analyzing logs for early issue detection.
- Elevate persistent or complex problems to appropriate teams while maintaining compliance with defined service level commitments.
- Propose and execute process enhancements to improve system efficiency, reliability, and end-user satisfaction.
- Work jointly with business analysts, developers, database administrators, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to strengthen application capabilities.
- Engage in Agile rituals and support practices such as continuous integration and delivery to promote structured development cycles.
- Perform peer code evaluations and verify alignment with predefined coding guidelines and best practices.
- Partner with IT operations to ensure technology infrastructure and software solutions meet business needs.
