Allianz was looking for a National Network Manager

Allianz Partners Australia is looking for a National Network Manager to provide dynamic leadership managing complex provider networks and strategic initiatives for our Home & Easy Living business. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, driving growth, and navigating high-pressure environments with professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of the national CRM platform for provider management.
  • Oversee trade and supplier networks, ensuring compliance and governance.
  • Monitor provider relationships to ensure service delivery meets KPIs.
  • Ensure financial and contractual compliance across the network.
  • Hold providers accountable to Allianz KPIs for timeframes and quality.
  • Conduct Vendor Integrity screening and manage contracts via Salesforce.
  • Manage stock supply and compliance with ISO frameworks.
  • Initiate strategic projects for process improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Foster positive client experiences and strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Implement processes to mitigate risks in complex customer cases.
  • Manage WH&S requirements for contractors and providers.
  • Maintain a customer-focused team and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support sales and relationship management efforts.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.

What We're Looking For

  • A tertiary qualification in management or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience within People Care or Assistance environments.
  • Experience in project management and home modification.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and improve financial outcomes.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively and retain key staff.
  • Professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated drive to take on increased responsibilities.
  • Proven professionalism, maturity, and candor in work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all business levels.
  • Ability to tailor communications to appropriate audiences.
