Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site and virtual training for laboratory staff on automation system operation and maintenance
- Support customer adoption of new automation technologies during installation and post-installation phases
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to instrument integration and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate system capabilities during customer evaluations
- Assist in the development of customized workflow solutions based on lab requirements
- Conduct system validation and performance verification at customer sites
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automation technology advancements
- Prepare detailed reports on installation progress and customer outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during field activities
- Coordinate with service engineers for seamless system deployment
- Provide remote diagnostic support when needed
- Lead optimization projects to improve lab throughput and efficiency
- Support marketing initiatives with real-world application insights
- Participate in national and regional technical meetings
