Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact between the brand, broker, and Target’s procurement and marketing departments.
- Lead all product line evaluations, item launches, and updates to product selection.
- Manage planning and execution of in-store promotions, ensuring seamless alignment with operations, supply chain, and marketing.
- Supervise digital marketing efforts on Target.com and other retail media platforms to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
- Coordinate digital campaigns that drive online engagement to in-store purchases in collaboration with internal marketing teams.
- Create and implement strategies for off-shelf displays and additional product placements to increase sales volume.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with buyers, offering data-backed insights and recommendations to expand category performance.
- Collaborate with demand forecasting and logistics teams to support accurate inventory planning and timely product delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate performance data, report on key performance indicators, and uncover opportunities for growth and operational improvements.

- Coordinate digital marketing tactics driving to in-store with Everyday Dose’s internal marketing team (e.g. email programs, Meta, Google, Influencer, TikTok)
- Develop and execute strategies for off-shelf displays and secondary placements to drive incremental sales.
- Build and maintain strong buyer relationships, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to grow the category.
- Partner closely with demand planning and operations to ensure accurate forecasting and on-time delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics, report on key KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
