Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct business analysis and requirements compilation for IAM and B2C programs, ensuring precise capture of business, compliance, and user experience requirements
- Convert business requirements into functional IAM specifications, use cases, and workflows for Azure AD B2C and Entra ID solutions
- Manage identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and governance addressing joiner/mover/leaver processes and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and security professionals to design and validate IAM processes, federation models, and authentication patterns like OAuth2, SAML, and OpenID Connect
- Examine and document data flows, integration points, and user journeys across B2C and B2B applications
- Synchronize with compliance, audit, and risk management teams to ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and policy standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001)
- Spearhead business readiness and change management during IAM implementations, including communication and training strategies for users and support teams
- Generate dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor system usage, access compliance, and process health in IAM environments
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Azure AD B2C, supporting product owners with roadmaps, release prioritization, and policy governance
Core Competencies and Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of IAM principles including authentication, authorization, provisioning, governance, and identity federation
- Proven experience in Azure AD B2C, Entra ID, and contemporary customer identity management solutions
- Robust knowledge of security standards and protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, FIDO2, and MFA practices
- Expertise in business process modeling, data mapping, and workflow optimization for identity platforms
- Proficiency with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Power BI for analysis and documentation
- Strong communication skills to align technical IAM strategy with executive objectives and operational teams
Qualifications:
- 12-15 years total experience, minimum 8-10 years in IAM domain strategy and implementation using Microsoft or comparable platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
- Advanced certifications such as CAMS, CISM, or Microsoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator preferred
