Responsibilities
- Achieve commercial objectives for the assigned region
- Manage and deliver on the multiomics sales budget for Central Europe
- Create and implement a strategic business plan tailored to the multiomics market in the territory
- Act as a trusted resource for customers, advising on applications, assay development, and data analysis
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and consultative discussions to highlight solution benefits
- Support customer engagement with technical insight and application knowledge
- Educate and assist the regional sales team on multiomics offerings and value propositions
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, and service to meet customer demands
- Foster alignment between customer requirements and organizational goals
- Build and maintain relationships with multiomics-focused service providers
- Monitor industry trends and scientific advancements to inform sales approaches
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and events to promote brand presence and expertise
- Enhance visibility and credibility as a subject matter expert in the field
