Responsibilities
- Create visual content and video edits for various social media platforms while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Develop, refresh, and manage Canva templates for recurring design needs such as social posts, blog visuals, email headers, and multi-brand assets.
- Produce digital marketing materials including blog thumbnails, banners, presentation slides, and campaign support graphics.
- Design and revise email marketing visuals and banner elements in HubSpot for ongoing campaigns and newsletters.
- Manage 2 to 3 concurrent design or video projects weekly, adapting to shifting timelines and priorities.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate ideation, and improve asset development speed without sacrificing quality.
- Keep file systems, shared drives, and version histories well-organized across all design outputs.
- Work directly with the hiring manager to interpret project briefs, refine concepts, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
- Proactively share updates, flag obstacles, and ask clarifying questions without waiting for follow-up.
- Spot opportunities to enhance template systems, simplify recurring design processes, and improve visual consistency across brands.
