Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all MuleSoft integration efforts in partnership with external implementation teams.
- Examine, verify, and document API designs, integration frameworks, and deployment workflows.
- Enforce consistent application of API governance, standardization, security protocols, and industry best practices across integration projects.
- Work jointly with business units and technical teams to identify integration needs, set priorities, and shape roadmaps.
- Oversee, maintain, and enhance integrations connecting CarPro, Salesforce, Genesys, and other core enterprise platforms.
- Perform technical evaluations, diagnose integration problems, and ensure compliance with SLAs and performance benchmarks.
- Create and update technical documentation, interface registries, and integration performance summaries.
- Support internal knowledge-sharing programs to strengthen in-house integration expertise.
- Serve as the primary technical authority on API-led connectivity, middleware design, and MuleSoft platform operations.
