Responsibilities

- Enhance visual quality through innovative art direction, creative exploration, and narrative focus.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to transform campaign goals into engaging motion content.
- Guide junior designers to support their creative development and ensure alignment with project outcomes.
- Coordinate with videographers, video editors, and graphic designers to deliver unified multimedia assets.
- Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders, turning complex ideas into clear creative direction.
- Manage the full motion production workflow from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and high technical standards.
- Develop reusable templates and design systems to improve production speed and consistency.
- Handle multiple assignments at once, balancing originality with deadlines.
- Resolve issues related to animation, rendering, or visual effects to uphold quality standards.
- Keep current with evolving motion design trends, animation methods, and emerging creative software.
- Explore advanced visual effects, 3D animation, and new digital formats to expand creative possibilities.
