SplitMetrics is hiring a Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

The role involves creating high-quality animated visuals for promotional content, app store assets, and marketing materials. The designer will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver compelling visual narratives that support product growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce animated graphics for digital advertising campaigns
  • Create visually engaging app store previews and promotional videos
  • Develop motion assets aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals
  • Collaborate with marketing specialists to conceptualize visual content
  • Translate product features into dynamic visual demonstrations
  • Produce storyboards and animation concepts from creative briefs
  • Edit and refine video content based on team feedback
  • Ensure all motion content meets platform-specific technical requirements
  • Maintain consistency across all animated materials
  • Support A/B testing with multiple creative variations
  • Optimize file sizes and formats for digital distribution
  • Stay current with motion design trends and tools
  • Work within established timelines for campaign launches
  • Integrate feedback from stakeholders efficiently
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ensure brand alignment in all visual outputs
  • Use After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools for production
  • Deliver source files and documentation as needed
  • Support localization of motion content for global markets

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 3D animation software
  • Knowledge of Figma or similar design tools
  • Background in digital advertising or ASO
  • Experience with user acquisition campaigns
  • Familiarity with A/B testing workflows
  • Previous work in a tech or startup environment
  • Understanding of mobile user behavior
  • Exposure to performance marketing metrics
  • Experience creating explainer videos
  • Knowledge of sound design basics
