Neo Group is looking for a Motion Designer to join our Design Team. You will be responsible for creating promotional videos, SMM content, and animated materials aligned with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
What You'll Do
- Create promotional videos, SMM content, and animated materials based on corporate identity.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop concepts and storyboards.
- Design visually compelling animations aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas that support project goals.
- Adapt animations to various formats and social media platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in motion graphics and animation.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a motion designer.
- Strong understanding of animation principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with video AI tools (e.g., Runway, Minimax Hailuo, Kling, Pika).
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Ability to translate briefs and abstract concepts into clear, engaging visual stories.
