Requirements
- Associate’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years’ prior Mortgage experience, OR in lieu of a degree, A combined 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ prior Mortgage experience.
- Strong PC skills with knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and email software.
- Specialized knowledge of all product, regulations and policies.
- Ability to make sound decisions based on information provided.
- Versatility and flexibility working within an ever changing fast paced mortgage environment.
- Ability to function independently within time constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize daily workload.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliable and dependable.
- Notary Public.
Nice to Have
- Prior Mortgage experience in Mortgage Closing whether at a Lender, Title Company or Settlement Agent’s office.
- Solid knowledge of Department software.
