- Thorough understanding of monitoring and evaluation concepts, performance measurement systems, and evaluation methods.
- Proven background in designing and executing evaluations for public health, maternal and child health, healthcare access, community-driven, or social service initiatives.
- Demonstrated skill in gathering, organizing, verifying, analyzing, and interpreting both numerical and narrative data from diverse sources.
- Experience creating performance metrics, logic models, data collection instruments, dashboards, reports, and visual data displays.
- Competence in using statistical and data analysis platforms such as SAS, SPSS, Stata, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, community organizations, healthcare providers, government bodies, and other key partners.
- Understanding of maternal and child health, reproductive health, infant outcomes, birth equity, health disparities, or related public health domains.
- Solid project management, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities, with a track record of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
