Motorola Solutions is hiring a Mobile Video Area Sales Manager (Southeast US)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a regional sales team and manage strategic account planning and customer relationships for current and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate the mobile video sales team with territory teams and key internal and external partners to improve sales performance and operational execution.
  • Foster a dynamic, cooperative, and high-energy work culture as the regional leader.
  • Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds committed revenue forecasts.
  • Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on committed forecast performance.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies using both direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Build and maintain a multi-year sales pipeline with targeted accounts.
  • Strengthen and manage partnerships with resellers and manufacturer representatives.
  • Cultivate strong connections with key decision-makers and influencers in existing accounts.
  • Assist the sales team in negotiating major contracts.
  • Address and resolve complex customer service and satisfaction challenges.
  • Contribute to product and support strategy development to meet current and future customer needs.
  • Design procurement solutions across multiple offerings for strategic accounts.
  • Engage directly with customers, including regular travel, up to 50% of the time.
  • Interact with executive-level stakeholders to advance business objectives.
  • Recruit and develop a diverse group of future sales leaders within the organization.
