Responsibilities
- Support dealerships in implementing, learning, and expanding their Mobile Service operations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to help dealerships adopt and effectively use Mobile Service solutions.
- Gather input, assess concerns, and create strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and collaborate with Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent communication.
- Utilize remote support platforms and performance data to increase service usage and results.
- Organize and carry out travel plans across a designated region to deliver hands-on support and maximize dealer engagement.
