Cable One / Sparklight is hiring a Mobile Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of mobile operations, including activation, provisioning, billing, and customer support, ensuring seamless scalability and minimal service disruptions.
  • Prepare customer-facing teams with clear training materials, documentation, and operational guides that simplify complex mobile processes and enhance service consistency.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison across departments, aligning execution with strategic goals in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Billing, Customer Care, Sales, and external partners.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics for mobile operations, using data analysis to identify root causes, reduce errors, and safeguard revenue streams.
  • Proactively identify challenges related to business growth and implement scalable, automated, and standardized solutions to improve long-term efficiency.
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical customer or system issues, balancing urgent resolution with the development of lasting fixes.
