About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules for mobile clinical teams
- Track vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Communicate with healthcare providers about visit changes
- Manage patient appointment confirmations and reminders
- Maintain accurate records of service delivery and travel logs
- Troubleshoot logistical issues that arise during field operations
- Support onboarding of new team members in operational procedures
- Monitor supply inventory for mobile units
- Ensure timely arrival of staff at patient locations
- Collaborate with regional coordinators to align operations
- Report operational data to supervisors weekly
- Respond to urgent scheduling changes due to patient needs
- Assist in developing process improvements for efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Coordinate with facilities for parking and access permissions
- Provide backup support during high-volume periods
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for mobile care
- Update digital calendars and dispatch systems in real time
- Facilitate communication between drivers and clinicians
- Assist in preparing performance metrics for review
- Handle vendor coordination for vehicle servicing
