About the Role

This role ensures efficient execution of mobile health visits by overseeing scheduling, vehicle readiness, and coordination between clinical staff and patients in designated service areas.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily schedules for mobile clinical teams
  • Track vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Communicate with healthcare providers about visit changes
  • Manage patient appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Maintain accurate records of service delivery and travel logs
  • Troubleshoot logistical issues that arise during field operations
  • Support onboarding of new team members in operational procedures
  • Monitor supply inventory for mobile units
  • Ensure timely arrival of staff at patient locations
  • Collaborate with regional coordinators to align operations
  • Report operational data to supervisors weekly
  • Respond to urgent scheduling changes due to patient needs
  • Assist in developing process improvements for efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Coordinate with facilities for parking and access permissions
  • Provide backup support during high-volume periods
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for mobile care
  • Update digital calendars and dispatch systems in real time
  • Facilitate communication between drivers and clinicians
  • Assist in preparing performance metrics for review
  • Handle vendor coordination for vehicle servicing
  • Support quality assurance initiatives through accurate documentation
  • Participate in training sessions for emergency protocols
  • Manage correspondence related to route planning
  • Promote consistency in patient experience across visits
