MBito is an innovative company dedicated to making Mercedes vehicle diagnostics accessible and user-friendly for Mercedes owners worldwide. With over 10 years of experience in remote and local diagnostics, we empower thousands of customers to understand and control their car's health. Our MBito OBD2 Bluetooth Scanner and mobile app allow users to unlock, customize, and maintain their vehicles with ease.

We guarantee a start-up environment where you’ll have the full power to suggest and implement new features. You’ll work closely with engineers to integrate software with hardware, and you’ll be involved in tuning luxury cars to make them more premium. While we prefer working from our Kaunas office for better cooperation and hands-on hardware testing, hybrid remote work is also possible. The office provides snacks, a great vibe, and an environment where things get done.

Tasks

• Scale existing partners—from niche retailers to global e-commerce dealers—by giving them every tool and insight they need to boost revenue alongside us.
• Land new partnerships in fresh regions and verticals: craft win-win proposals, negotiate smart contracts, and protect margin targets.
• Optimise the channel: monitor sales funnels, surface data-backed insights, and run experiments that lift first-time sales and repeat orders.
• Orchestrate flawless launches by syncing with marketing, product, and support teams on onboarding, training, and promo campaigns. Own the affiliate programme: recruit publishers, set commission tiers, and keep tracking and payouts spot-on.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in B2B sales, partnerships, customer success, or affiliate management is a plus—but not a must; we’ll grow together.
• Curious, open-minded, and relentless about finding new routes to market.
• A closer’s mindset: you drive conversations to signed deals.
• Comfortable living in a CRM and letting data guide your next move.
• Fluent English; extra languages earn bonus points for global outreach.
• Brownie points for automotive or hardware know-how, or hands-on experience with affiliate networks.
