Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and execution of product requirements into scalable mobile applications.
- Work closely with product teams, quality assurance, and engineering peers to deliver dependable solutions meeting client needs and feature specifications.
- Deliver thoroughly tested, sustainable, dependable, and secure code focused on user protection and experience.
- Support enhancements to current features and respond to live production issues as needed.
- Perform code reviews, produce clear documentation, and resolve defects with attention to security and Zero Trust principles.
- Support peer growth through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and collaborative skill development.

- Work is primarily conducted in an office setting, with potential travel to company offices or property sites.
- Occasional physical activities include standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, speaking, hearing, and using hands and fingers to handle tools or objects.
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds may be required occasionally.
- Required visual capabilities include near and far vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- A background check and drug or substance screening are mandatory following a conditional job offer.
- Employment is contingent upon receiving cleared results from both screenings.
- Randomized drug and substance tests are conducted approximately every 60 days, following the same evaluation standards.
