Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and management of Air Force defense programs
- Coordinate with government stakeholders to align project goals
- Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements
- Monitor program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate risks to program success
- Prepare and present status reports to leadership
- Manage cross-functional teams supporting program objectives
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and decision makers
- Oversee integration of new technologies into existing systems
- Support proposal development and contract modifications
- Drive continuous improvement in program operations
- Ensure compliance with federal acquisition standards
- Lead program reviews and readiness assessments
- Manage subcontractor performance and deliverables
- Track key performance indicators and report outcomes
- Support audit readiness and documentation efforts
- Coordinate with test and evaluation teams
- Maintain accurate records of program decisions and changes
- Address technical challenges impacting program timelines
- Serve as primary point of contact for program stakeholders
- Implement risk management frameworks
- Support transition of systems to operational use
- Ensure cybersecurity requirements are met
- Promote mission-focused culture across teams
- Support long-term planning and strategic initiatives

Security Requirements
- Applicant must hold an active Top Secret clearance
