Join a creative team dedicated to redefining how film is experienced. As a Midweight Designer based in Turkey, you’ll play a key role in developing visual narratives for film releases, festivals, and cultural collaborations. Your work will span print, digital, and video, shaping how audiences engage with curated cinema.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with Senior Designers and global Creative teams to translate film concepts into compelling visual campaigns
- Design film posters for theatrical and digital releases, tailored to local, regional, and global audiences
- Create engaging social media content, digital ads, and promotional assets
- Develop motion pieces and video elements that align with brand storytelling
- Build cohesive visual identities for film festivals, events, and cross-disciplinary partnerships in art, fashion, music, and luxury
- Design event materials, including invitations and collateral, in both print and digital formats
- Contribute original ideas during concept development and refine briefs through design-led problem solving
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- Help evolve MUBI’s visual language by exploring new directions and creative systems
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of professional design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and technical excellence
- Proficiency in typography, layout, and visual storytelling across media
- Ability to lead creative development from sketch to final production with a meticulous eye for detail
- Confidence in both independent work and collaborative environments, with strong organisational skills
- Experience in motion graphics is a plus
- Formal training in design is valued but not required
- Eligibility to work in Turkey is required
