We are looking for a capable DevOps Engineer to help shape and support our cloud platform on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will design and manage infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and automation. Your work will directly influence system performance, reliability, and deployment efficiency across cloud environments.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure, including virtual networks, private endpoints, compute services, storage, and identity and access management using Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities, and Key Vault.
- Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps with YAML, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.
- Write automation scripts in Python and PowerShell to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Implement containerized solutions using Docker and manage deployments across environments.
- Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability systems with tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, and data collectors such as Filebeat, Winlogbeat, and Telegraf.
- Support both Linux and Windows Server systems, including IIS configuration and administration.
- Manage databases including MS SQL Server, MySQL, and InfluxDB as part of application and platform support.
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues, improve platform practices, and enhance overall system performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in platform engineering and cloud infrastructure management on Azure.
- Strong familiarity with Azure services including VNETs, Private Endpoints, ACA, ACR, VMs, and Azure Storage.
- Hands-on expertise with security components such as Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities, and Key Vault.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML), TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy.
- Proficiency with Git platforms like Bitbucket and knowledge of effective branching strategies.
- Scripting skills in Python and PowerShell for automation and operational tasks.
- Working knowledge of containerization with Docker.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools including Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, and data shippers like Filebeat, Winlogbeat, and Telegraf.
- System administration experience on Linux and Windows Server, including IIS.
- Familiarity with database systems such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, and InfluxDB.
