Responsibilities
- Partner with internal experts and stakeholders to develop blended learning programs that support organizational objectives
- Use adult learning principles and research-backed design strategies to build interactive experiences for working professionals
- Develop and organize blended learning programs combining formats such as online courses, self-guided lessons, live virtual sessions, and practical job-based tasks
- Maintain instructional quality, accessibility, and consistency across all learning delivery methods
- Integrate generative AI technologies, including building and implementing custom GPTs, to enhance learning experiences
- Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and communication processes to ensure timely and efficient rollout of training initiatives
