Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams during technical implementations of Dynamics and Power Platform to define architecture and design customizations or integrations
- Lead discussions on system design, offering alternative approaches, trade-offs, and impact assessments
- Facilitate and lead white-boarding sessions for solution planning
- Support task estimation processes for assigned workstreams
- Quickly absorb client-specific data and apply knowledge of data modeling, process modeling, and version control systems
- Guide developer teams through technical architecture execution
- Mentor and lead junior developers to enhance team capability
- Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code independently
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices across development teams
- Oversee solution deployments into downstream environments
- Build and sustain strong internal and external relationships
- Generate client-focused insights, adapt methodologies to team and cultural contexts, and contribute to industry thought leadership
- Identify and anticipate risks, escalating issues when necessary
- Support team growth through supervision, coaching, and mentorship to foster a learning-oriented culture
- Perform and contribute to staff performance evaluations
- Engage in initiatives that support business development
