Responsibilities
- Design and deploy identity infrastructure using Entra ID and Active Directory, including hybrid synchronization, Conditional Access policies, multi-factor and passwordless authentication, and identity governance tools such as Privileged Identity Management and access reviews.
- Enable secure application access through single sign-on integrations using SAML and OIDC, manage enterprise application registrations, and automate user provisioning with SCIM.
- Detect and resolve identity-related threats by analyzing sign-in logs, audit trails, and Entra ID Protection alerts; maintain secure hybrid identity environments by removing outdated accounts and enforcing least-privilege access models.
- Develop and enforce data security policies using sensitivity labels, data loss prevention rules, and retention settings across Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Support investigations and compliance initiatives including eDiscovery, insider risk detection, communication monitoring, and prepare organizations for AI-related data security challenges using DSPM frameworks.
- Configure and manage device compliance policies, device configuration profiles, and application deployments via Intune; support extended detection and response capabilities across endpoints, identity, cloud apps, and Office 365 using Microsoft Defender suites.
- Perform additional tasks as needed based on project or client requirements.
- Uphold organizational core values in all professional activities and client engagements.
