Public Cloud Group is looking for a Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer (m/w/d) to be responsible for the administration and operation of Microsoft 365 for our customers. You will handle technical support, manage customer environments, and coordinate transitions to our managed services.
What You'll Do
- Operate and further develop Microsoft 365 customer environments.
- Provide technical support within the scope of Managed Services.
- Process support requests at the second level and perform complex administrative tasks in the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Perform administrative tasks including user management, license assignment, group management, software distribution, and troubleshooting.
- Support on- and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate and implement the transition of customer environments into operational Managed Service.
- Handle ticket dispatching: classification, prioritization, and forwarding of requests in the ticket system.
- Answer calls and provide initial assistance with technical problems.
- Document solutions and maintain the knowledge database.
- Take on on-call duty in emergencies.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in IT support for Microsoft products or in a comparable role.
- German language skills from B2/fluent and English skills to fully support our customers.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Intune, Security / Compliance Workloads, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Relevant certifications in the Microsoft 365 area.
- Understanding of IT service and operations processes (ITIL basics advantageous).
- Structured and service-oriented way of working.
Nice to Have
- Experience with simple automations using PowerShell.
- Confident handling of Jira or comparable ticket and project management systems.
