Responsibilities
- Run microscopy systems to capture detailed 3D images of expanded neural tissue while maintaining consistent output and equipment availability.
- Assist in assembling, aligning, and calibrating imaging instruments and experimental setups as the imaging capacity grows.
- Carefully manage the mounting and storage of hydrogel-embedded samples to preserve structural integrity.
- Diagnose and resolve routine imaging problems and conduct regular equipment upkeep, referring complex technical issues as needed.
- Establish and uphold organization across the imaging workflow, including tracking samples, processing volume, and operational issues.
