Responsibilities
- Deliver effective remote training to merchants using phone and webinar platforms.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on No Credit Needed payment offerings.
- Instruct merchants on optimal practices to improve transaction success and adherence to guidelines.
- Analyze and address customer complaints tied to merchants, pinpointing gaps in understanding or workflow.
- Review merchant marketing materials to confirm alignment with company policies.
- Work with Sales, Compliance, and Customer Service to address critical merchant issues.
- Keep accurate documentation of all training activities and merchant communications in CRM and SharePoint systems.
- Manage case load efficiently to meet service level agreements and performance metrics.
- Spot areas for enhancement in training resources, operational processes, and merchant involvement.
- Carry out other responsibilities as directed by management.
