Join a leading financial technology company as a Bilingual Merchant Services Representative fluent in English and Spanish. This remote position supports merchants across Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Texas through dedicated customer service, onboarding, and training. You’ll play a key role in guiding merchants through setup, application processing, and funding requirements while delivering consistent, high-quality support.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming and outgoing merchant calls, providing clear and accurate assistance in both English and Spanish
- Guide new merchants through onboarding and system setup
- Deliver training sessions to help partners understand financing programs and processes
- Review consumer applications and verify funding eligibility
- Ensure all documentation and compliance conditions are met efficiently

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay of $18/hour with a bonus opportunity of up to $750 monthly

Schedule & Work Environment
This is a full-time, work-from-home position. The schedule includes weekday shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PT. Sundays and Thursdays are days off, though hours may adjust based on business demands.
