Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and professional support in response to incoming merchant inquiries
- Initiate outbound calls to enhance merchant engagement and improve performance metrics
- Record all communication details accurately within the CRM system
- Convey merchant input and concerns to leadership for review and action
- Organize and prioritize tasks to maintain efficient and effective support operations
- Address and resolve merchant requests logged through the CRM platform
- Process and manage revised agreements reflecting updated terms and conditions
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on product offerings, program rules, and merchant configurations
- Update merchant account information including contact, banking, and risk-related changes
- Arrange training sessions for merchants when necessary
- Assist in managing dealer receivable balances
- Oversee the administration of incentive programs for merchant partners
- Provide ongoing funding assistance to current merchants
- Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management
