Responsibilities
- Lead residents through structured daily schedules, including meals, group sessions, therapy activities, and individual appointments.
- Foster a secure and organized setting that enhances the delivery of mental health treatment.
- Support the onboarding process for new residents by providing orientation, comfort, and safety during admission.
- Create or lead educational group sessions aimed at developing coping skills and supporting recovery progress.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clinical and program staff about resident status, behavior, and treatment updates.
- Apply crisis management and de-escalation strategies when resident behavior requires intervention.
- Oversee the secure handling and documentation of sharps and personal valuables to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Deliver basic medical support such as CPR, wound care, and medication administration under clinical supervision.
