Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance and stability of applications.
- Respond to user inquiries and perform initial troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular system checks and data validations.
- Forward unresolved technical issues to second-level support or developers.
- Keep support documentation and internal knowledge resources up to date.
- Investigate and resolve advanced application problems.
- Debug Mendix-based applications and identify root causes.
- Work with development teams to implement fixes and improvements.
- Assist in deployment processes and release management.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and timely ticket resolution.
