Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and investigations for highly complex credentialing cases.
- Verify that end users have legitimate purposes for access in compliance with regional legal requirements.
- Evaluate the approved use of services or products for high-complexity customer applications.
- Carry out research using external tools and third-party resources to support verification processes.
- Identify and apply alternative digital resources that serve as valid substitutes for third-party verification tools.
- Assist leadership with execution and coordination of team-wide projects and process improvements.
- Guide internal stakeholders with up-to-date procedures and best practices for credentialing workflows.
- Record, update, and manage standard operating procedures for the department.
- Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring team adherence to protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with QA teams to clarify credentialing-related processes and resolve inquiries.

Remote, with potential for occasional in-person meetings as directed by management
