QuickTeam was looking for a Medical Virtual Assistant (Remote, with PH RN License)

QuickTeam is seeking a remote Medical Virtual Assistant to provide crucial administrative support to U.S. healthcare operations. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for patients and a vital support for healthcare professionals, all while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Explain services to new patients, ensuring they understand how systems work and what to expect.
  • Assist healthcare professionals by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with medical billing teams to ensure accurate coding and billing processes.
  • Handle confidential medical information in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Handle other general administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. EMR/EHR systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote setup.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented approach to work.

Nice to Have

  • Philippine Registered Nurses (RNs) are highly preferred for this role.

Technical Stack

  • U.S. EMR/EHR systems.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation of $5 to $6 per hour, commensurate with experience.

This is a local-country, remote position based in the Philippines.
