Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes from claim initiation to final payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
- Monitor unpaid accounts, conduct timely follow-ups on overdue claims, and resolve collection barriers to optimize revenue recovery.
- Analyze rejected claims to detect errors or missing information, apply necessary corrections, and resubmit for processing.
- Handle backend claim processing tasks, including validation of data accuracy and implementation of fixes to prevent reimbursement delays.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA by accurately documenting all billing procedures and safeguarding patient data.
