Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in implementing, optimizing, and monitoring full-funnel digital strategies (awareness to retention).
- Tactical and analytical approach to campaign management.
- Proficiency in digital ad platforms: Google, Meta, programmatic, video, display, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to interpret data (GA4, dashboards) to generate concrete, business-impacting actions.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and organic visibility.
- Capacity to question results, prioritize efforts, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Ensuring solid and consistent execution under pre-established guidelines.
