WPP Media is hiring a Media Planning Senior Associate

Responsibilities

  • Execute, refine, and oversee digital media strategies spanning awareness, conversion, and customer retention stages
  • Operate advertising campaigns across digital platforms including Google, Meta, programmatic networks, video, display, and new media channels
  • Analyze performance data from analytics tools such as GA4 and reporting dashboards to guide strategic decisions
  • Assist in foundational SEO and organic reach efforts
  • Work closely with client-side teams to align on objectives and execution
  • Evaluate campaign outcomes critically and determine focus areas based on performance insights
  • Deliver accurate and timely execution of media plans under guidance from senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Implementation, optimization, and monitoring of digital strategies across the entire funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention
  • Managing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, programmatic, video, display, and other emerging channels
  • Interpreting data from tools like GA4 and dashboards to translate them into concrete actions
  • Supporting basic SEO and organic visibility initiatives
  • Collaborating effectively with Mazda's internal teams
  • Questioning results and prioritizing efforts
  • Ensuring solid and consistent execution under the senior team's direction
