Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial media products, offering expert guidance to sales teams in designing tailored client solutions across print, digital, online, apps, video, and social platforms.
Respond to client and agency RFPs by delivering accurate, timely submissions that include inventory details, pricing, audience targeting, product specifications, flight schedules, and creative requirements.
Ensure accurate campaign setup and reservation in key ad delivery systems such as Operative One, Google Ad Manager, DV360, Acast, and Passendo to avoid conflicts and revenue loss from mismanaged inventory.
Collaborate with the social media planning and operations team to schedule and activate paid social amplification campaigns.
Monitor active campaigns for performance and delivery accuracy, proactively addressing under-delivery to minimize revenue slippage.
Supply sales teams and partnership leads with post-campaign performance data, delivery outcomes, and industry benchmarks for reporting and client feedback.
