Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for the team and clients on digital media matters
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, including strategy, planning, execution, and performance evaluation for assigned brands
- Establish and maintain best practices for media planning and operational workflows
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance against defined KPIs and efficiency benchmarks
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all responsibilities
- Mentor team members by sharing expertise on industry innovations, processes, and effective methodologies
- Work closely with internal departments to support seamless campaign rollout and coordination
- Keep stakeholders informed about emerging media trends, new advertising formats, and evolving vendor offerings
