Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate client campaigns from brief to evaluation
- Focus on the active phase of campaigns, supporting coordination and execution of media campaigns for clients
- Collaborate with senior colleagues, activation specialists, clients and creative agencies to ensure the process is running smoothly
- Learn to master the core process of campaign handling and take the lead on coordination with many people across WPP Media
- Have the overview in terms of deliveries, deadlines and budgets
- Have control of the deliveries from different activation teams
- Create and deliver specifications to clients or creative agencies
- Coordinate with clients along the campaign process
Requirements
- Understand the importance of a good campaign flow from start to finish, ideally within an agency setting
- Eager to develop your project management skills
- Take ownership of processes and thrive in coordinating with multiple actors
- Have a knack for mastering tools and navigating processes
- Have a willingness to learn and enjoy working in a dynamic setting
