Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Taboola and Outbrain campaigns from initial setup to a sustainable daily spend of approximately $25,000 while maintaining profitability
- Design and organize campaigns, ad sets, and creative experiments on both platforms, incorporating rotating headlines and thumbnails provided by the creative team
- Optimize performance at the site and publisher level through blocklists, allowlists, bid adjustments, and time-based bidding rules at the sub-ID level
- Evaluate creative and campaign performance using a structured decision framework based on full-funnel metrics such as advertorial engagement, offer page clicks, and post-click conversions, beyond surface-level KPIs like CTR or platform-reported CPA
- Configure and manage tracking infrastructure in Voluum, ensuring accurate attribution by reconciling data with Northbeam
- Provide actionable feedback to the creative team on effective hooks, messaging, and visual elements based on performance insights
- Manage compliance processes with Taboola and Outbrain, understanding acceptable claims and ad formats, and collaborate with internal teams to adapt creatives when necessary
- Produce regular reporting on channel performance, scalability trends, and key learnings on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles
