Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale master data management architectures that support long-term business objectives.
- Establish and maintain governance models, standards, and best practices for master data across departments and technology environments.
- Oversee the assessment, selection, and integration of MDM systems along with data quality, lineage, and metadata tools.
- Deliver technical guidance and mentorship to multidisciplinary teams during complex data integration and migration initiatives.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to convert intricate requirements into practical, long-lasting master data solutions.
